The architectonic design of the City West C1 & C2 buildings come from the architectural studio of AHK Architects. It freely continues in the housing developments and family houses of the neighbourhood, yet it still stands out with its unostentatious design dominated by the motif of a frame. The elegant grey facade with ribbon windows will capture your interest at first glance.

Its timeless design was not the only requisite for the final project. High functionality and energy efficiency were also key. This is also why City West C1 & C2 even became one of the first office buildings in the Czech Republic that was awarded the LEED Gold certification.

A Sweet start to summer at City West

With the arrival of the first summer days, the popular Yes Yes gelato stand returned to the lobby of the City West building, offering delicious and refreshing ice cream. This sweet treat was the perfect way to cool down and added a delightful touch to the workday.

We hope you enjoyed this little taste of summer – and we look forward to more sunny moments together!

Paramedic in the Lobby of City West Buildings C1 and C2

Right before the summer season, we organised a special event in collaboration with experienced paramedic Jurij Pelypenko, DiS., aimed at refreshing basic first aid knowledge.

Tenants in the lobbies of City West buildings C1 and C2 had the opportunity to practice CPR on both adult and infant mannequins, ask questions about real-life situations, and learn how to respond effectively in emergencies such as a bike accident, sudden cardiac arrest, or drowning.

The event also included free blood oxygen saturation testing. Throughout the day, Jurij shared stories from his work as a paramedic and highlighted the importance of being prepared – especially during the summer months.

Cup of Christmas Cheer 2024

The best thing about Christmas markets is how people meet, talk, and sip a hot drink. And that's the atmosphere we wanted to create for our tenants. We served mulled wine, hot pears, and soft punch as part of the Advent spirit and baked trdelnik in front of the building. Anyone who wanted to, stopped for a while, enjoyed their drink and sweet dessert in peace, and had some fun with colleagues or neighbours in the building. Thanks to you, our Christmas event was a real success. Thank you!
